How to Register and Bid Online

• To register click on the drop down menu on the top right corner (mobile) | or on the register button in the menu (desktop).
  
  
  
• Fill in all the details required, name, surname, email, telephone number and password.
  
• Once this is done you will receive an email to verify your account. Click on the link.
  
• NB! Please do check your SPAM and JUNK mail if the mail is not in your Inbox.
  
• You will now be redirected to the website. Click on the link to verify your account.
  
• Once your account has been verified (once-off) you can either return to the home page or the upcoming auctions page. Where you can register to partake in an auction.
  
  
• If you are not logged in, then you will be redirected to the login page.
  
• Once you are logged in, then only you will be able to register your participation.
  
• You will need to accept the terms and conditions before you are registred to take part in the auction.
  Note! Depending on the Auction requirement, you might be required to pay a deposit and load documents.
  
  ** If you are a first time user, then you will be required to do a once-off update of your profile for our records.
  
  Now that your profile is updated go back to the upcoming auctions page.
  
  Click on the View Lots.
  
• ** If no pre-registration is required - You are now registred to partake in the auction.
  ** If pre-registration approval is required then the following promt will appear under each lot.
  
  Depending on the auction requirment, please supply the information request.
  
  Once your supplied the details above, the administator will review the details and either approve or disapprove your registration.
  ** If the admin approved your registration then you will get an confirmation via email that you are registred to partake in the auction.
  
• Place a bid on a lot.
  
• Select the amount and submit your bid.
  
• If your bid is successful, it will be indicated as below.
  
• NB! Your account will remain suspended until you verify your account via your email.

Your Invoices

• Once the auction has closed click on the "my auctions" button to download your invoice & to view your bidding history.
  
• Invoices will be downloadable as per auction settings
